Delete Your Account

Delete from inside the app

Open CardKundali, go to the You tab and tap Delete my account at the bottom. This deletes your account immediately and no further action is needed.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@cardkundali.app from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will confirm within 7 days.

We can only act on a request sent from the registered address. This is how we confirm the request came from you.

What is deleted

• Your account and login
• Every card you have added and its metadata
• All parsed statement data and transaction history
• Any stored statement passwords
• Your verified sender addresses

What is kept, and for how long

• Statement files are deleted as soon as they are read. Any file still waiting to be read is deleted together with your account
• Account data is deleted within 30 days of your request
• Records we are required to keep by law, such as transaction records for a completed payment, are retained for the period the law requires and are not used for any other purpose
• Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained

Paid plans

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription bought through an app store. Cancel it in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store as well. See our Terms of Service for cancellation and refunds.
